Productivity shortcuts
Faster notes, reminders, alarms and task capture, built around apps you already use.
Productivity shortcuts are mostly about removing steps. Saving a link to Notion, dropping a thought into the right note or setting three alarms at once all take several taps by hand; a good shortcut turns that into one action you can run from the Home Screen, a widget or Siri.

Many of these work with third-party apps such as Notion, OmniFocus or Things, so check the required apps section on each page before you install. A few also need a one-time setup, like pasting an API token or choosing a default list, and our write-ups walk through that step.
A useful habit is to pair a productivity shortcut with a trigger. Back Tap, the Action Button and Personal Automations in the Shortcuts app can all start a shortcut for you, which is where the real time saving shows up.
